The 5” and 6” inch Carbon Fiber canisters both use the 5” base unit that features dual 12G CO2 cartridges. The 6 inch UAV IDS is well suited for some of the somewhat larger UAV’s up to about 115 pounds (52kg) and can be configured with Iris Ultra Parachutes from 10 feet to 16 feet in diameter!

In the above video a 6 inch UAV IDS is being tested with a 16 foot Iris Parachute and a smaller 3 foot pilot chute.
